Signing up and verifying your account

How to create your CVViZ account, verify your email, and log in for the first time.

Creating your account

Go to CVViZ sign-up link (the sign-up page) and fill in the registration form.

You'll be asked for:

  • Full name — required.

  • Work email — required. Use your company email rather than personal — it makes inviting teammates easier later.

  • Phone number.

  • Company name.

  • Company type — pick from the dropdown (e.g. in-house recruiting, staffing agency).

  • Primary use case — what you'll use CVViZ for.

  • Password and confirm password — at least 8 characters.

  • Terms & Conditions checkbox.

  • reCAPTCHA verification.

Click Sign Up to submit.

Activating your account

After registration we send an activation link to your work email. Click it to activate the account and set up your workspace.

Didn't get the email?

  • Check your spam or promotions folder.

  • Make sure your IT team is not blocking emails from CVViZ.

  • If it still doesn't arrive, contact the in-product help widget (bottom-right of any CVViZ page).

Logging in

Go to the login page. The login screen has two tabs:

  • Account — sign in with your email and password. Tick Remember me to stay logged in.

  • SSO — sign in with your organization's identity provider if SSO is configured for your workspace.

Forgot your password?

  1. On the login screen, click Forgot password? (or go to the password reset page).

  2. Enter the email you signed up with.

  3. Open the reset email and click the link.

  4. Choose a new password and log in.

Trouble logging in?

  • Check the email is exactly the one you registered with.

  • Confirm with your admin that your account hasn't been deactivated.

  • If your org uses SSO, make sure you're using the SSO tab, not the Account tab.

  • If none of the above works, contact the in-product help widget (bottom-right of any CVViZ page).
