Job board integrations (Indeed Easy Apply at the org level)

The Settings → Integrations → Job Boards section configures Indeed Easy Apply at the workspace level. Per-job board distribution lives elsewhere.

Where job-board configuration lives

CVViZ splits job-board configuration into two places:

  • Workspace-level integration toggle at Settings → Integrations in the Job Boards section (visible to Super Admins only). This is where the Indeed Easy Apply integration is configured for the whole workspace.
  • Per-job distribution on each job's Job Boards tab — where you actually push individual jobs to LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and 20+ free boards. See Publishing to job boards in the Jobs collection.

The Indeed Easy Apply card

From CVViZ, the Job Boards integration section currently has one card:

  • Title: "Indeed".
  • Description: "Post jobs directly to Indeed and manage applications seamlessly".
  • Action: A single Easy Apply switch ("Enabled" / "Disabled").

Turning Easy Apply on

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. Scroll to the Job Boards section.
  3. Toggle the Indeed Easy Apply switch on.
  4. You'll see a confirmation modal with the line: "I accept that all jobs posted on app will be posted on Indeed with Easy Apply option enabled."
  5. Tick the consent checkbox and confirm.

Once enabled, every published job in your workspace will automatically appear on Indeed with the Easy Apply flow turned on.

What Easy Apply means

Easy Apply lets candidates submit their Indeed profile directly to your job without leaving Indeed. The application data flows back into CVViZ as if they applied through your careers page.

Per-job distribution to other boards

The full list of supported boards (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, plus 20+ free boards like Google Jobs, Jooble, ZipRecruiter, Monster, Adzuna) is configured per job on the job's Job Boards tab — not in this Integrations section. See Publishing to job boards for details.

Permissions

The Job Boards integration card is visible only to Super Admins. Regular users will see the rest of the Integrations page (Email & Communication, Voice & SMS) but not Job Boards.

Tips

  • If only one of your jobs needs Easy Apply, configure it per-job rather than turning on the workspace-wide toggle here.
  • Once Easy Apply is on workspace-wide, you can't selectively opt a job out — flip the workspace toggle off if needed.
  • Have your LinkedIn Company ID set in Settings → Company Profile before pushing to LinkedIn from the per-job tab.
