Submitting evaluation feedback

How interviewers submit a scorecard for a candidate via the Add Feedback flow.

Where to submit feedback

Open the candidate from inside a job. Go to the Interview Feedback tab (codename. Click Add Feedback.

The form opens with the criteria the job's scorecard defines (Basic or Detailed β€” see Interview scorecards: building and assigning).

What the form looks like for Detailed scorecards

Three collapsible sections, each pre-populated with the criteria configured on the job:

Technical section

  • One scoresheet input per Rate-type criterion (field names start with TS_).
  • One text-area per Text-type criterion (field names start with TT_).
  • Button: + Add Technical Criteria.

Soft Skills section

  • Scoresheet inputs per Rate-type criterion (SS_ prefix).
  • Text-areas per Text-type criterion (ST_ prefix).
  • Button: + Add Soft Skill Criteria.

Overall section

  • Overall Rating β€” Rate component (field name OR_rating). Required; the form errors with "Rating is required" if skipped.
  • Remarks β€” rich-text editor (field name OT_remarks).

For Basic scorecards

Just the Overall section β€” Overall Rating (required) and Remarks. Quick for screens.

Submitting

  1. Fill in the criteria you can speak to.
  2. Make sure Overall Rating is set (required).
  3. Click Submit Feedback.

You'll see "Feedback added!". The submission lands on the Interview Feedback tab attributed to your name and timestamp.

Editing your feedback

Submitted feedback appears as a panel labelled "Feedback added by {your name} {timestamp}". The UI doesn't expose explicit edit/delete on submitted feedback β€” submit carefully.

Multiple interviewers

Each interviewer submits independently via the same form. The Interview Feedback tab shows each submission as a separate collapsible panel.

Best practices

  • Always fill Overall Rating (required).
  • Use Remarks for the headline takeaway.
