Check which evaluation was generated
Open the candidate in the relevant job context and choose Screening & Evaluation → Match & fit, where available. Access and evaluation options depend on your account and permissions.
Basic evaluation includes an overall grade and skills match. Detailed experience, education, and supporting evidence are not generated in that result.
Advanced evaluation, where available, can include detailed assessments and evidence. Check the availability and credits shown before running it.
If a section is absent, check the result type and processing status before assuming the candidate has no relevant experience or qualification.
Compare scores in the same job
The job’s candidate list and Match & fit show the skills match for that job and evaluation type. Sorting and filtering by skills match use the same result. Check the evaluation type and date when comparing assessments. The overall letter grade is a separate measure; a missing skills score is not a zero.
Skills Assessment
Review the skills score, matched and missing required skills, and preferred skills. Compare them with the job requirements and CV; a missing match may reflect incomplete or unrecognized source information.
Experience Assessment
Where generated, this section shows an experience score, total experience, and relevant experience. Review the work history and dates supporting the result. Total career length and experience relevant to the selected job are different measures.
Education Assessment
Where generated, this section shows the education score, education-level match, and field-of-study alignment. Check the recorded qualification against the job’s actual requirement and the resume.
Overall Assessment
Review the generated summary, strengths, areas for improvement, and recommendation alongside your own assessment.
Improve the information used for review
Correct job requirements or resume details, then use the evaluation controls or ask an authorized teammate to rerun the appropriate evaluation.
Interview scorecards and interviewer feedback are separate from generated profile assessments. Use them to record evidence from interviews and your team’s decision.
