Read the Vendors Summary report

Compare vendor submissions by upload period and current hiring stage, with correct job counts and export scope.

Use Reports β†’ Vendors Summary to review the vendor contribution shown for your selected dates. Keep the period, search and displayed scope consistent when comparing vendors.

Open and search

  1. Open the report from Reports. Ask your administrator for access if it is missing.

  2. Choose the start and end dates or a 1M, 6M or 1Y preset.

  3. Enter a vendor company or contact name in the report search field and select the search button.

  4. Review Matching vendors, the displayed-row scope and Showing count.

  5. Use Refresh after saved submissions or candidate changes and wait for loading to finish.

Read vendor contribution

The table contains Vendor, Jobs, Candidates received, Shortlisted, Interviewed, Offered and Joined. Candidates received counts vendor-linked resumes uploaded during the selected dates. Jobs counts the distinct jobs represented by those submissions, rather than every job shared with the vendor. The stage columns show those candidates’ current stages, so later moves can change a historical-period result.

Candidates received, Shortlisted and Joined cards summarize displayed vendors. Use each card’s definition when interpreting its percentage.

The chart compares candidate and stage counts for displayed vendors. If no results appear, check the table’s loading, empty or error message.

Matching counts cover all filtered records. Cards and charts use the displayed rows, so keep the same page and page size when comparing results.

Use each measure’s displayed definition and the underlying dated records when comparing stage counts or conversion rates.

When a result looks wrong

  • No vendor results: wait for loading, clear the search and review the dates. Check that vendor records and vendor-linked candidate submissions exist.

  • Unexpected candidate or stage count: inspect the recorded vendor, candidate’s job context and current progress.

  • A historical comparison differs: review whether the candidate or associated record has changed since the earlier report.

  • Another report differs: compare its definition, filters and displayed scope before treating the measures as equivalent.

Export and investigate

Use Export report data and images for CSV and displayed-view image downloads. Confirm the selected dates, filters and output scope before sharing recruiting information.
