Read the Jobs Summary report

Filter jobs and interpret period activity, historical stage counts, current status mix, displayed totals, and exports.

Use Reports β†’ Jobs Summary to compare jobs for your selected dates, filters and search.

Open and filter the report

  1. Open the report from Reports. Ask your administrator for access if it is missing.

  2. Choose the start and end dates or a 1M, 6M or 1Y preset.

  3. Use the Jobs, Departments and Customers selectors to narrow the report.

  4. Enter a job title or code in the report search field and select the search button to apply it. Clear the relevant controls when returning to a broader view.

  5. Wait for loading to finish. Use Refresh after saved recruiting changes, then review Matching jobs and the table’s Showing count.

Read the results

The table contains Job, Status, Customer, Department, Candidates, Shortlisted, Interviewed, Offered and Joined. Open the relevant job or candidate records when a count needs explanation.

  • Hiring funnel compares Candidates, Shortlisted, Interviewed, Offered and Joined for the displayed jobs. It does not measure time spent at each stage.

  • Job status mix counts displayed jobs by report status. The report currently groups On Hold and Paused jobs under In progress. Check the job in Jobs for its actual status.

  • Shortlisted and Joined cards show historical stage counts across displayed jobs, with percentages relative to their candidate activity totals.

Matching counts cover all filtered records. Cards and charts use the displayed rows, so keep the same page and page size when comparing results.

Candidates counts distinct candidates with an upload or recorded stage activity for the job during the selected dates. Shortlisted, Interviewed, Offered and Joined count candidates with those stage entries during the period, even if their current stage has changed. A candidate can appear in several stage columns.

When a result looks wrong

  • Missing job: clear the search and selected Jobs, Departments or Customers filters, then check the dates and refresh.

  • Different totals after changing pages: compare the displayed-row scope and page size before assuming that the underlying data changed.

  • Different stage count from a candidate list: check the candidate’s job context and dated progress history.

  • Loading or access error: follow the displayed message and retry or ask your administrator to check access.

Export and investigate

Use Export report data and images for CSV and displayed-view image downloads. Confirm the selected dates, filters and output scope before sharing recruiting information.
