Benchmark resumes are sample CVs linked to a job to support candidate ranking by similarity. Choose examples that reflect the role you are hiring for and review them when the job requirements change.

Open Benchmark Resume

Open the job editor and choose Benchmark Resume. The section contains Add Benchmark Resume and Benchmark Resumes. You need access to edit the job and use the available ranking workflow.

Add resumes

  1. Review the job’s current requirements and the benchmark resumes already linked.

  2. Under Add Benchmark Resume, drop files into the upload area or browse for them.

  3. Use a supported PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF, or TXT file. The current upload allows up to 20 files at a time, each no larger than 25 MB.

  4. Save the section using the job editor’s save action.

  5. Wait for the processing status to complete and check that the intended files appear in Benchmark Resumes.

Upload authorized CVs that represent the role, and wait for processing to finish.

Review and remove benchmarks

Select a file name to view the linked resume. Use Remove benchmark resume for a file that no longer represents the role, then save the change. Check the processing status and saved list afterward.

If processing fails, read the message and correct the file or retry the available action. Contact support with the job and displayed status if the files remain unprocessed.

Understand the scope

Benchmark resumes support similarity ranking. Configure the appropriate evaluation type for detailed skills, experience, and education assessments.

Review the candidate’s resume, job requirements, evaluation details, and interviewer feedback together. Update benchmarks when the role changes.
