Build and publish your career page

Build a career page draft, publish it deliberately, verify public links, and recover earlier published content.

Create a career page where candidates can learn about your company, browse jobs, and apply. Save edits as a draft, then publish when ready.

Before you start

An administrator manages the career page from Settings β†’ Recruitment Setup β†’ Career Page. Prepare the public company name, a unique career page path, company content, and images. Jobs also need their own approval, status, and publication settings before they appear publicly.

Build the draft

  1. In General, set Company Name, Career page path, and Career page language. The path accepts letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores. The language controls system labels; review your own written content separately.

  2. In Brand & layout, choose the color mode, accent color, font, job grouping, logo, browser icon, and cover image options you need. Check the previews at different screen sizes.

  3. In Page content, complete About your company and, if relevant, Perks and benefits. Choose whether to show those blocks on individual job details pages. Add, reorder, duplicate, hide, or remove additional page sections where needed.

  4. In Talent pool, review the general-application invitation, button text, and application introduction. This is a separate way to collect interest when no advertised role is a match.

  5. In Legal & links, review the website and privacy or GDPR links offered by the editor.

  6. Choose Save draft to keep your edits without changing the live career site.

Publish and verify

Review the draft preview, complete any required fields, and select Publish site for the first publication or Publish changes for an existing site. Wait for confirmation, then use View live page to check the public address, content, job links, and application journey.

After publishing a new Career page path, update existing website links, bookmarks, and embeds.

Use Integrations for the direct link, full-page embed, jobs widget, talent pool link, and website integration checks. Copy the generated links and code.

Recover or take a page offline

History records published versions. Restore as draft copies an earlier version into the draft so you can review it; publish separately when ready. Revert draft replaces draft changes with the currently published settings. Review the confirmation before continuing.

Unpublishing takes the career site offline while preserving the draft. Check the public result and any external links after an intentional unpublish.

If something is missing

For missing content, confirm it is enabled in the draft and that you published the changes. For a missing job, check the job’s approval, In Progress status, draft state, and career-page publication setting. If publication fails, fix the displayed validation issue and retry; contact support with the page and error if needed.
