Configure an interview scorecard for a job

Choose Basic or Detailed Feedback and define the criteria interviewers use for a job.

Set up a job’s interview scorecard so reviewers assess consistent criteria.

Before you start

You need job access and permission to edit it. Decide which skills the interview should assess.

Choose the feedback type

  1. Open Jobs, find the role, and open its job editor.

  2. Select Interview Scorecard.

  3. Choose Basic Feedback for an Overall Rating and Remarks, or Detailed Feedback to add Technical Skills and Soft Skills alongside the overall fields.

  4. For Detailed Feedback, select Add Technical Criteria or Add Soft Skill Criteria, enter a clear criterion name, and select Add. Repeat for the criteria you need.

  5. Check Feedback Form Preview. New detailed criteria use the displayed Poor, Fair, Good, Very Good, and Exceptional scale. To remove a criterion, select its remove control and confirm Remove.

  6. Save the tab using the editor’s save button. When continuing setup, use Save & Continue. Wait for the scorecard update confirmation before leaving.

What changes after saving

The saved scorecard becomes the job’s feedback form. Reviewers complete it in the candidate’s Interview Feedback section.

Troubleshooting

  • Nothing appears in the preview: choose a feedback type first.

  • A criterion will not add: enter a nonempty name and select Add. Use distinct, specific names such as β€œSystem design” or β€œExplains tradeoffs.”

  • You cannot save: check the editor’s validation messages and your job-edit permission. Keep the page open while correcting the fields.
