Use the candidate profile

Find profile details, resumes, notes, emails, events, screening answers, and interview feedback.

Open a candidate to review their details, resume, activity, and next steps. Available sections depend on your access and whether you open the profile from a job or the Candidate Database.

Check the context first

In a job profile, Current application shows the job and hiring stage. Use this context for stage changes, screening answers, and interview feedback.

Use the Viewing selector to switch between Database profile and available job applications. Check Current application before a job-specific action.

Profile details and the resume

Profile shows saved contact, location, work, education, skills, and other details. Compare missing or uncertain information with the original CV.

Use Resume & files β†’ Resume to compare saved details with the source CV. This area also contains Documents, and a job-specific Cover Letter when one is available.

Use the relevant edit control to correct details, then save. For extraction problems, use the parsing guide below.

Notes, Emails, Events, and Timeline

These are separate sections with different purposes:

  • Notes: internal context and updates your team is allowed to view. Choose Add note when available, write the update, and save it.

  • Emails: email conversations available for this candidate through the configured email workflow. Check the recipient, sender, and message before sending.

  • Events: associated meetings and calendar events available to you. Confirm the connected calendar and attendees when scheduling.

  • Timeline: recorded activity visible for the candidate and current context. Use it to review what happened and when.

Screening and interview evaluation

In job context, Screening & Evaluation can contain:

  • Match & fit: the job's saved candidate evaluation and available supporting evidence.

  • Screening Answers: responses associated with that job's screening questions.

  • Interview Feedback: assessments submitted by reviewers. You can edit your own eligible feedback through its edit action.

The application summary can show a grade, skills match, evaluation date, and team feedback. Review the evidence and original CV before a hiring decision. Not evaluated yet or a missing score is not a zero score.

Other sections

  • Hiring β†’ Job Offers: offers associated with the selected job, where your role permits them.

  • Calls & SMS: recorded call and message activity when the relevant integration is connected and accessible.

  • Data privacy: available consent and data-request controls when this feature is active.

  • Tags: open Additional details & tags in the context panel to review or manage tags where permitted.

If a section or action is missing

  1. Confirm that you opened the correct person and, for application-specific work, the correct job.

  2. Ask your administrator to review access to candidate sections and the requested action.

  3. Check whether the related integration or feature is enabled.

  4. If a section reports a loading error, use its retry control. Contact support with the candidate link, job context, section, and error if needed.

A read-only job or restricted candidate can allow you to review information while preventing changes.
