Search, shortlist, and manage AI Sourcing credits

Review criteria, choose sources, save profiles, reveal contacts, and understand when credits are used.

Use AI Sourcing to describe a hiring need, review criteria, inspect results, and keep useful profiles.

AI Sourcing must be enabled for your workspace and user. Ask your administrator if it is unavailable.

Start a search

  1. Open AI Sourcing or the experience inside an eligible job.

  2. In standalone Search, choose Describe a candidate, Paste a job description, or Use an existing job. Enter the brief or choose the intended job.

  3. Use Advanced filters to review role, location scope, must-have skills, nice-to-have skills, and years of experience. For example, >2 means more than 2 years, while 2+ includes 2 years. Review the internal database date window and displayed result limit; the date window refers to when candidates were added.

  4. Choose sources under Search across and read their matching notes and costs.

  5. Review the estimate, then use Find candidates. Review any criteria confirmation shown and correct the requirements before starting the source search.

Example: β€œFind backend developers in London with Node.js and AWS experience.” Review the interpreted requirements before searching.

Sources

  • PeopleSearch: external profiles; search credits apply to returned profiles.

  • Internal database: CVViZ candidates you may access; no provider search credits. Date windows refer to when candidates were added.

  • GitHub / Web discovery: public leads where enabled; separate source quotas apply.

Check identity, qualifications, and experience against available evidence. Selecting a source does not expand your access.

Return to results

Use Recent searches for saved criteria/results. Reopening saved results uses no additional search credits. Another PeopleSearch page or new search can use credits; read the displayed cost.

Shortlists

In standalone AI Sourcing, select profiles and choose Save to shortlist. Choose or create a shortlist. New shortlists are private; use settings to share when appropriate. Saving does not add a person to a job or reveal contacts. Shortlists can be archived and restored.

Contacts and job import

Reveal contact details shows profiles, required credits, and balance before confirmation. New reveals consume contact credits; previously revealed profiles are not charged again. A lookup can remain pending or return no details.

To work on a job, select profiles and choose Add to this job in job-linked results or Add to job in a standalone workflow. An existing job association may show Add to another job. Review destination, names, contact inclusion, and cost before confirming.

Troubleshooting

Check the displayed access, job, quota, or credit requirement with your administrator. Wait for processing to finish before starting another search.
