Chrome extension availability and sourcing alternatives
Check the status of the older Chrome extension and use the current supported sourcing and import workflows.
The CVViZ Chrome extension is under review and unavailable through the current app navigation. Contact support to confirm availability for your workspace.
Check extension availability
If CVViZ has provided your team with an extension, confirm the supported version, sites, and workspace access with support. After capturing a profile, find and inspect the saved candidate in CVViZ.
Use the current product workflows
For external profiles, open a job and use People Search where it is enabled. Review the role’s criteria and the plan or credit information before running a search or revealing contact details.
For a resume you already have permission to use, open Add Candidates in the database or intended job and use the available resume upload option.
For a structured candidate list, use the candidate CSV import guide and its provided templates.
After an import, inspect the candidate profile and the intended job membership before continuing.
Troubleshooting
An older install link does not work: contact support for the supported installation.
A board or profile is unsupported: use a permitted resume or structured import workflow. Avoid repeating captures that may create duplicate records.
A candidate was not saved: search the database and selected job first. If no record exists, contact support with the extension version and source site.
