Contact CVViZ support and report a problem

You can contact CVViZ whether or not you can sign in.

If you cannot sign in

Email hello@cvviz.com or use the public CVViZ contact page. Include your usual CVViZ work email, company, exact error, and approximate time with timezone. If writing from another address, identify the account needing help.

If you are signed in

1. Open the help widget at the bottom-right.

2. Choose Search for help or Send us a message.

3. Describe the problem and attach a useful screenshot.

If the widget does not open, use the email or contact page above.

Report a problem

• Goal: what you were trying to do.

• Steps: the shortest sequence that reproduces the problem.

• Result: what happened and what you expected.

• Time: approximate date, time, and timezone.

• Context: company, browser, and relevant job or candidate link.

• Evidence: exact error and a screenshot or recording with unrelated personal details hidden.

For imports, include file type, size, failed row or file, and a redacted example. For email issues, include the send time and displayed status. For billing, include invoice reference and transaction date.

Explain which work is blocked. Add updates to your existing conversation instead of reporting the same problem through several channels.

Suggest an improvement

Use Feedback to describe the task, your current workaround, and who would benefit. Check for an existing request first. Feedback may be public; use private support for account-specific problems, candidate information, or billing details.

What to leave out

Do not send passwords, sign-in or recovery links, complete API credentials, or payment-card details. Share only candidate information needed to explain the problem.
