Troubleshoot sign-in problems
Recover access, check invitations and SSO, and get support without signing in.
Before you start
Open the CVViZ sign-in page with your registered work email. Check the address on your invitation; an individual account can differ from a company mailbox.
If your organization uses Microsoft sign-in, choose Continue with SSO and your approved work account. Ask your administrator if unsure which method applies.
Recover access
Choose Forgot password?.
Enter your registered work email and select Send reset link.
Check that mailbox, including spam or junk.
Open the link, follow the page instructions, and return to sign in.
If no reset email arrives, check spelling, the invited address, spam, and incoming-email filtering. A reset confirmation does not confirm an account exists. Request a new link from the recovery page if it expires; never share recovery links.
Check account status
New account: finish verification or invitation steps.
Invitation unavailable: ask the inviter to review it and resend where appropriate.
Access removed: ask your administrator to review user/workspace access. Repeated attempts cannot restore removed access.
Microsoft error: check the work account and give your administrator the displayed error.
Too many attempts: pause and follow the waiting guidance on screen.
Page problems
Check the connection and reload.
Try a private or incognito window.
If that works, review extensions and clear site data for app.cvviz.com, then sign in again. Clearing site data signs you out.
Try another current browser.
Still blocked?
Email hello@cvviz.com or use the public contact page. Include your CVViZ email, company, exact error, approximate time/timezone, and steps tried. Do not send passwords or sign-in, invitation, or recovery links.
