Read Trending Recruitments by customer

Use Reports → Trending Recruitments to compare customer-company activity for your selected dates. Use Users Summary for team-member activity.

Open and search

1. Open the report from Reports. Ask your administrator for access if it is missing.

2. Choose the start and end dates or a 1M, 6M or 1Y preset.

3. Enter a customer company name in the report search field and select the search button.

4. Check Matching customers, the displayed-row scope and Showing count.

5. Use Refresh after saved company, job or candidate changes and wait for loading to finish.

Read customer activity

Each row contains Customer, Jobs, Open jobs, Closed jobs, Candidates and Joined. Jobs includes customer jobs created on or before the selected end date, including jobs created before the start date. Candidates counts resumes uploaded during the selected dates for those jobs. Joined counts candidates from that upload group whose current stage is Joined.

Open jobs, Candidates and Joined cards summarize displayed customers. Recruitment activity compares these counts by customer.

Matching counts cover all filtered records. Cards and charts use the displayed rows, so keep the same page and page size when comparing results.

Use each measure’s displayed definition and the underlying dated records when comparing stage counts or conversion rates.

When a result looks wrong

• Missing customer: clear the search and check the customer record and job-to-customer association.

• Unexpected open/closed counts: inspect the jobs’ current statuses and the date range shown.

• Joined differs from another report: match dates, filters, displayed scope and candidate/job records before assuming the reports use an identical measure.

• The chart changes after paging: compare the displayed customer rows and page size.

Export and investigate

Use Export report data and images for CSV and displayed-view image downloads. Confirm the selected dates, filters and output scope before sharing recruiting information.
