Read the Resume Upload report
Review daily resume uploads and recorded sources, interpret source mix and active days, and export the current data shape.
Use Reports β Resume Upload to review resume uploads by recorded source and date.
Open the report
Open the report from Reports. Ask your administrator for access if it is missing.
Choose the start and end dates or a 1M, 6M or 1Y preset.
Wait for loading to finish. Use Refresh after completed uploads or saved changes.
Check the displayed-row scope and the tableβs Showing count. Use any available pagination controls when more sources match.
Read source activity
The Uploaded resumes card totals the displayed source rows. Active sources describes sources with uploads in the selected range. Top source identifies the largest source in the displayed results, and Active days describes distinct calendar days with uploads.
Upload trend plots activity by date. Source mix compares the displayed sourcesβ shares of uploads.
Matching counts cover all filtered records. Cards and charts use the displayed rows, so keep the same page and page size when comparing results.
When a result looks wrong
Missing recent upload: confirm the upload completed, check the selected dates and refresh.
Unexpected source: check the source recorded on the candidate.
Different total from the talent database: compare the upload period and source scope. A database total and a selected-period upload count answer different questions.
Different chart after paging: compare the displayed source rows and page size.
Export and investigate
Use Export report data and images for CSV and displayed-view image downloads. Confirm the selected dates, filters and output scope before sharing recruiting information.
For an unexplained difference, contact CVViZ support with the report, dates, filters, measure and relevant record reference.
