Read Users Summary and recruiter activity

Interpret recruiter uploads, job assignments, stage-action attribution, and activity ratios without assuming a single conversion cohort.

Use Reports → Users Summary to review team-member activity. Keep dates, filters and displayed scope consistent when comparing users.

Open and search

Open the report from Reports. Ask your administrator for access if it is missing.
Choose the start and end dates or a 1M, 6M or 1Y preset.
Enter a user’s name or email in the report search field and select the search button.
Review Matching users, the displayed-row scope and Showing count. Use the available pagination controls when more users match.
Use Refresh after saved assignments, uploads or candidate changes and wait for loading to finish.

Read the user measures

Measure	How to read the displayed result
User / Role	Identify the person and their assigned CVViZ role. A role title alone does not establish which recruiting work they can access.
Jobs	The report’s job-assignment count for that user. Inspect the jobs and assignment context when the count needs explanation.
Candidates	Resumes uploaded during the selected dates and attributed to the uploader, using the recorded recruiter when no uploader is stored.
Shortlisted / Interviewed / Offered / Joined	Candidates whose corresponding stage action was recorded by that user during the selected dates. A candidate counts once per stage for each user.

The Jobs assigned, Candidates handled and Joined cards summarize the displayed users. User performance compares Candidates, Shortlisted, Interviewed and Joined for the displayed top users; Offered remains available in the table.

Matching counts cover all filtered records. Cards and charts use the displayed rows, so keep the same page and page size when comparing results.

Uploads and stage actions can involve different candidate groups. Percentages comparing those counts are activity ratios, not conversion rates.

When a result looks wrong

Missing user: clear the search, check the workspace and date range, then refresh.
Unexpected activity: inspect who performed the relevant job or candidate action rather than relying only on the current owner.
A chart differs after changing pages: check the displayed-row scope and page size.
The report is unavailable: ask your administrator to check the Users Summary permission.

Export and investigate

Use Export report data and images for CSV and displayed-view image downloads. Confirm the selected dates, filters and output scope before sharing recruiting information.

For an unexplained difference, contact CVViZ support with the report, dates, filters, measure and relevant record reference.
