Email setup: Outlook, Gmail, and CVViZ sending options

Use the provider card to connect a mailbox and review its effect on calendar access.

Available options

Open Settings → Integrations & Tools → Integrations → Email. You may see Microsoft 365 Outlook and, for eligible workspaces, Gmail.

Gmail requires an eligible workspace. Ask your administrator if it is missing; Google Calendar access alone does not enable Gmail.

Role and account settings control available actions. CVViZ system/dedicated sending options are separate from a personal mailbox connection. Check the composer's From address.

Connect a mailbox

1. Choose Connect on the provider card.

2. Sign in to the intended provider account and review requested access.

3. Complete the provider flow and return to CVViZ.

4. Wait for setup confirmation and check Connected as shows the intended address.

5. Open the email workflow and confirm the account before reading or sending.

Email versus calendar

Check the provider card before disconnecting:

• Disconnects Gmail only: the separate Google Calendar connection is unaffected.

• Disconnects both email and calendar: both services for that account are affected.

Review calendar setup in the Calendar section.

Reconnect or restart

• Reconnect required: choose Reconnect, finish sign-in, and confirm the address.

• Setup being confirmed: wait for the card to update; use Restart if offered for unfinished setup.

• Needs attention/load error: use Retry or reconnect as directed.

If access still fails, check provider status and permission for the requested action. Report the provider, connection status, and affected screen to support; never send passwords or sign-in codes.

Outreach sending is separate

Outreach uses separate sending addresses and reply settings. Check Outreach settings → Sending addresses and the sequence’s reply information.
