Set up Indeed Apply and publish eligible jobs

Publish and integrate the career page, enable Indeed Apply with the required checks, and select eligible jobs.

Indeed Apply lets candidates apply on Indeed and sends supported applications to CVViZ. Enabling the integration prepares your account; individual jobs must still be selected and eligible for Indeed distribution.

Before you start

Use the workspace’s primary administrator account to configure the Indeed integration.

Complete and publish the CVViZ career page, then add its link or embed to a publicly accessible page on your own website. Use Build and publish your career page and Career-page links and embeds. Verify the website page is published and opens without sign-in. Indeed distribution requires account review, subscription eligibility, and Indeed’s job acceptance.

Enable the integration

  1. Open Settings β†’ Integrations & Tools β†’ Integrations and find the Indeed card.

  2. Turn Indeed Apply on. In Enable Indeed Apply, confirm that the career page has been integrated into your website.

  3. Enter the complete Career page URL of the page on your own website that contains the CVViZ link or embed, including https://. Select Check integration.

  4. Wait for the integration check to pass. Include the current CVViZ career-page link or embed in the website’s published page markup so the check can find it.

  5. Confirm I understand that jobs selected for Indeed will be published with Indeed Apply enabled.

  6. Select Enable Indeed Apply and wait for success. Reopen the card if needed to verify that the status is Enabled.

Select and verify a job

  1. Open the saved job and go to Get More Applicants.

  2. Confirm the job is approved, In Progress, no longer a draft, and enabled on the career page. Enable Indeed in Free Job Boards, then save the job.

  3. Open the public job and check its details and application flow. Required screening questions must be supported by Indeed for the corresponding Indeed Apply flow to be available.

  4. Allow time for board review and processing. When the listing is available, verify its application experience and check incoming applications in the job's candidate list.

Troubleshooting and disabling

  • Card missing: use the primary administrator account, or ask that administrator to configure the integration.

  • Integration check fails: verify the exact public website URL, publish pending website changes, and ensure the page contains the current CVViZ career link or embed. Retry with Check integration or Retry check. Password-protected pages and private addresses cannot be checked.

  • Enable button unavailable: both acknowledgements and the successful integration check are required. Editing the URL invalidates the previous check.

  • Server configuration incomplete: contact CVViZ support.

  • Enabled, but a job is missing: check the individual Indeed selection, career-page visibility, approval, status, account/subscription eligibility, and required screening questions. Send support the job ID and integration-check result.

  • Need to stop using the integration: turn Indeed Apply off and confirm the change. This changes integration eligibility; external listing updates can take time. Review individual job selections and public links separately.
