Organize the candidate database with tags and saved views
Organize candidates with tags, filters, and saved views, then reuse the right profiles for a job.
Use filters, tags, and saved views in the Candidate database to organize candidates and return to useful groups.
Find candidates
Open Candidates and review the Candidate database. Search and use the filters available in the list. Your role and record access determine which candidates and actions are available.
Choose filters that describe the group you need, such as a location, skill, tag, or contact detail. Check the active filters and sort order when a familiar candidate is missing. Job-specific evaluation grades should be reviewed in the relevant job context.
Use tags for a reusable group
Apply a consistent tag to relevant records using the individual or bulk tag action offered. For example, use a clearly named tag for candidates you want to revisit for a future role.
Filter by the tag when you need that group again. To add tagged candidates to a job, use the candidate listβs job action.
Save a list view
Where Saved views is available, you can save the current filters, sort, and column setup as a preset.
Set the filters, sort, and columns you want.
Open Saved views and choose Save current.
Enter a name that describes the view.
Choose Share with team if the option is available and you intend to share it.
Save, then select that view when you want to apply the same setup again.
Saved views is marked Beta in the interface. Availability, capacity, and team sharing depend on your account. The view shows candidates who match its settings when you open it.
Selecting a saved view restores its filters. In a jobβs Candidates view, open Filters to review the saved Skill Match range. Remove an active filter chip to broaden the results.
Reuse candidates for a job
Review the matching candidates, select the intended records, and choose Add Candidates to Job where permitted. Check the destination job and result before continuing work on its pipeline.
To re-engage someone, check their current details and communication preferences, then review the recipients and message before sending.
