Create a job: required fields and next steps
Create a role, review required details, and configure hiring and publication.
Before you start
You need permission to add jobs and available subscription capacity. Prepare the description, location, experience range, qualifications, and required skills. Agency accounts also need a customer.

Open Jobs and click Add Job.
In Add a New Job, choose Start from Blank, Paste Job Details, or Upload a Job File when these options are available. Otherwise, complete the job form directly.
For file pre-fill, use a supported TXT, PDF, DOC, DOCX, or RTF description. Review and correct every suggested value.

Optional details
Department and Salary Range are optional. Review salary currency, frequency, and public visibility; external boards may have additional requirements.
Save or create
Save draft keeps work for later; it is not an active published job.
Create job creates the role when details are ready and follows any required approval process.
An existing draft can show Publish job or Submit for approval.
Wait for save confirmation, then open Get More Applicants. Career-page and job-board publishing are enabled by default when a job is created. To disable these channels, turn off Enable job board publishing and Show on Career Page, then click Save & Finish. These controls do not disable the direct job link. Change the job status to Paused to stop public applications.
Finish setup
Review the offered sections: Benchmark Resume, Hiring Team, Job Application, Hiring Pipelines, Automation where available, Interview Scorecard, Job Approval, and Get More Applicants. Use Save & Continue or Save & Finish.
Troubleshooting
Validation: check location fields and at least one Required skill.
Dependent choices: choose Industry, then Employer Type and Job Function again.
Limit reached: ask an administrator to review Billing.
Pending Approval: complete sign-off.
Pre-fill fails: start from blank or paste the description and review manually.
