Review the published content

  1. Open Settings β†’ Recruitment Setup β†’ Career Page.

  2. Check the company name, introduction, imagery, and career page address.

  3. Review each published job’s title, location, requirements, and description. Use the words candidates need to understand the role.

  4. Save your edits, then complete the available publishing action when the page is ready. Saving a draft does not change the live career site.

  5. Open the public career page and job links to confirm the intended content is visible and the application journey works.

Use clear job titles and readable descriptions covering responsibilities, requirements, and location or remote arrangements.

Search and social settings

If you need custom search titles, descriptions, social images, or indexing controls, ask CVViZ support about the options supported for your career page.

Use the right distribution options

Share the hosted career page link from your company website and other relevant channels. A branded career page address uses the separate custom career page domain add-on and requires verification.

For job boards, open Get More Applicants in the job editor. Review the selected boards and publication status, then check the live listing.

If a listing is missing or outdated

Confirm the job and career page are published, then compare the public content with the saved settings. Check the relevant board’s status if the problem is on an external board. Contact support with the public URL, affected job, and the status shown in CVViZ.
