Add company content, benefits, and career page imagery
Edit company content and benefits, configure current branding controls, and publish reviewed imagery and page sections.
Use Page content for your company story and benefits, and Brand & layout for the career pageβs appearance. Review both in the draft before publishing.
Before you start
An administrator can open Settings β Recruitment Setup β Career Page. Prepare approved company wording and PNG or JPG images. Keep a copy of any content or image you intend to replace.
Add company content
Open Page content and complete About your company. Describe your company and what candidates can expect using the available text formatting.
Choose Also show this content on job details pages if it should appear with individual roles.
Add Perks and benefits and choose whether to show that block on job details pages too.
Under Additional page sections, use Add section to add a text section, highlight, or call to action. Review the title, body, and any button link.
Use the section controls to reorder, duplicate, temporarily hide, or remove a block. The builder allows up to 12 additional sections.
Hide a section to keep its content for later, or remove it from the draft. Publish to apply either change to the live page.
Set the brand and images
Open Brand & layout. Review Color mode, Accent color, Font family, and Job grouping. The accent color is used for links, buttons, and highlighted controls; use the contrast feedback offered by the editor.
Company Logo: choose the logo and crop it as needed. Use a file within the displayed 2 MB limit, and adjust Logo height for the header.
Browser icon: use the separate square icon control, within its displayed 0.5 MB limit.
Cover Photo: upload a PNG or JPG up to 5 MB. The editor recommends 1200 Γ 300 px. Use the coverβs focal-point controls to keep the important subject visible as the layout changes.
Check the preview after cropping images or changing layout and visibility.
Save and publish
Choose Save draft to preserve work. Review the preview, then use Publish site or Publish changes when ready. Open View live page and check the homepage and a job details page to confirm content appears where intended.
If an upload fails, check its type and size and retry. Wait for uploads to finish before publishing. For missing content, check section visibility and whether the latest draft was published. See the builder guide for restoring an earlier published version as a draft.
