Trending Recruitments Report
See per-recruiter job activity at a glance — Total Jobs / In Progress / Closed.
Where to find it
Reports → Trending Recruitments. Menu label: Trending Recruitments.
What it shows
A horizontal bar chart organized by recruiter, with three counts per row:
- Total Jobs — every job the recruiter has worked.
- In Progress — currently active.
- Closed — finished (filled / cancelled / archived).
Click a bar to expand a detailed recruiter summary panel below the chart.
CSV export columns
Click Export to CSV. Columns:
- Customer (this is the recruiter name in the export — naming inherited from a generic label)
- Total Jobs
- In Progress
- Closed
Image exports
Standard dropdown: Export to JPEG, Export to PNG, Export to SVG.
How to read it
- Recruiters with high In Progress counts may be at capacity — check workload before assigning more jobs.
- Recruiters with very low Closed counts over a sustained period are a coaching signal.
- Total Jobs trending up over time for the team is a hiring-activity indicator. Useful for headcount planning.
Use cases
- Quarterly leadership reviews — single chart that captures the recruiting team's spread of work.
- Workload rebalancing — spot the outliers and reassign.
- Capacity planning — combine the In Progress total across recruiters to see if you need to hire more recruiters.
Tips
- Run alongside Users Summary for a fuller picture — Trending shows job counts; Users Summary shows candidate-funnel activity.
- Click into individual bars before exporting — the detail panel often surfaces context the CSV doesn't.
- If "Customer" in the CSV header confuses stakeholders, rename it to "Recruiter" before sharing.
