Jobs Summary Report
The Jobs Summary report — what it shows, what columns export, and how to filter.
Where to find it
Reports → Jobs Summary. Menu label in the Reports nav: Jobs Summary.
What it shows
The report visualizes per-job candidate flow:
- Candidate status breakdown per job — Received, Shortlisted, Interviewed, Joined.
- Days taken per status for each job — rendered as a horizontal stacked bar chart.
- Job title × time visualization for at-a-glance comparison across roles.
Filtering
Available filters on this report:
- Date range.
- Job selector.
- Customer (for staffing-agency workspaces).
- Department.
Pick the slice you care about; the chart redraws on filter change.
Exporting
The export button reads Export to CSV with a dropdown for image formats:
- Export to JPEG
- Export to PNG
- Export to SVG
CSV columns
The CSV includes:
- Job Title
- Job Code
- Department
- Customer
- Job Created Date
- Highest Candidate Status
- Job Closed Date
Practical reads
- Highest Candidate Status per job tells you how far the most-progressed candidate has reached. Useful for spotting jobs where nothing has cleared the screen.
- Days at each status shows where time is being spent. Long Shared-to-Shortlisted gaps usually mean the recruiter is overwhelmed.
- Compare two similar jobs side by side using the Job filter — outliers tell you which is healthy.
Tips
- Run weekly with a 30-day rolling window to spot stalls.
- Export the CSV before quarterly reviews — slicing in a spreadsheet is faster than fiddling with the in-app filters for ad-hoc analysis.
- Use Department filter for QBR conversations with each function head.
